    Get Walking Keep Walking is a Ramblers’ run project funded by Big Lottery and the Ramblers Holiday Trust. Our aim is to find people new to walking, particularly those who are inactive or who have health problems, and motivate them to walk more regularly – ideally for at least 30 minutes per day.
